We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your data in line with the Personal Data Protection Law of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and its regulations.

02Data we collect

  • Appointment form: name, mobile number, preferred department and doctor, preferred date, and any notes you choose to write (which may include information about your health).
  • Careers form: name, mobile number, field, specialty, years of experience, summary, and the CV you send us.
  • Display preferences: the site stores your light/dark mode choice in your own browser only; it is not sent to us.

We do not use advertising trackers or marketing cookies on this site. We will update this policy before adding any such tool.

03How your data reaches us

The site does not store form data on any server. When you press send, the site opens WhatsApp on your device with a pre-filled message, and the data only reaches us if you send that message yourself. Transmission via WhatsApp is subject to that service's own terms and privacy policy.

  • To contact you to confirm or change your appointment and to provide the medical service you requested.
  • To review job applications and contact applicants.
  • To answer your enquiries and improve our services.

Only the relevant staff at the center can access your data, to the extent their work requires. We do not share it with any other party unless required by law or a competent authority, or where necessary to provide you with healthcare.

We keep appointment request data for as long as needed to provide the service and in line with regulatory requirements for medical records. Data from unsuccessful job applications is kept for no longer than one year, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.

Under the Personal Data Protection Law you have the right to:

  • Be informed of how your data is collected and used.
  • Access your data and obtain a copy of it.
  • Request correction or updating of your data.
  • Request destruction of your data when it is no longer needed, within the limits allowed by law.

08Third-party services on this site

The site displays a map from Google Maps and fonts from Google Fonts; these services may collect technical data such as your IP address under Google's policies. Links to WhatsApp, Instagram and TikTok take you to external services with their own privacy policies.
